Elephant mother and baby saved from a mud hole. Two elephants were sighted stuck in a mud hole. Elephant mother and her baby elephant are seen struggling to get out from the mud hole. Villagers and wildlife officers quickly came to their aid without wasting any time to rescue them. They were horrified by the situation and got scared with the digging by the caterpillar.

These Asian elephants are Sri Lankan elephants that are always on the move. They tend to move towards cities and villages often. These elephants get into such dangerous situations when they leave the jungle areas preserved for wildlife.
They were successful on digging the slopes of the mud hole around the border. With that being done, the elephant mother managed to get out from the mud hole. She moved to the bushes so that the villagers could help her baby to get out as well.
This baby is enraged wanting to get out to join its mother. This baby elephant is unwillingly obstructing the digging process for this baby elephant to escape. They finally managed to widen the hole to decrease the angle of the slope for it to rush out.
As soon as this baby elephant got out, it got furious. We can understand that it got lost and cut off from the elephant mother. Anyhow this baby is now safe after being rescued and sent into the jungle area they roam in.
