Villagers spotted this young elephant being very ill and weak with only a little of its life left. They immediately informed the wildlife department about the situation of this elephant. The Wildlife officers came to this scene to save this elephant. 

The elephant is very weak with no energy left to even stand up on its own feet. This elephant will need a lot of medicine, food, and water supplied by the villagers. The people in Sri Lanka are extremely generous, and they are willing to help those in need all the time. Officers arrived at the scene and gave the required vaccines and medicine for this elephant to fight and stay alive. They also started providing saline to this elephant so it will get a great boost to recover.

The above footage is a premilitary medication part and this elephant fully recovered over a few days. It roams in the jungle freely again.
